Regarding shipping

All orders are shipped from within Japan.

●For orders over 10,000 yen, free domestic shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
+ We aim to ship within 3 business days.
+ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
+ Shipping may take longer during sales.


●How do I return or exchange an item?

Items purchased from the official online shop can be returned if the return conditions are met.

Please check within 7 days of receiving your ordered item to make sure that the item is not damaged or defective and that your order is correct.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for different sizes, colors or products than what was ordered.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: Items that are marked "non-returnable" on the product page (e.g. made-to-order items, sanitary items that come into contact with the skin such as underwear, swimwear, socks, etc.)

Others・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago・Products that have been returned without going through the return procedure・Tags or sales tags have been lost or removed (products in a state different from when they were shipped)

・Products that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned ・Products that have become smelly, dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession ・Products where the packaging is part of the product and the packaging has been opened ・Products where the outer box, wrapping or packaging has been significantly damaged or where the shipping label has been directly attached and the product has been returned

●About return shipping fees <br>If the delivered product is defective, we will cover the return shipping fees. If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Return acceptance period: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and return it within 7 days.
