Join the Saint HYBRID Run Club!

SA1NT HYBRID RUN CLUB

At Saint Hybrid Run Club, we provide foundational training for all athletes, no matter the sport.

Club concept: Make a positive change from your current self!

Let's train efficiently!

I pushed my tired body to cover as much distance as possible, and ended up getting injured... I pushed myself too hard and caught a cold...

I'm sure you've all experienced this!

to tell the truth···

By training smartly and efficiently using sports science methodologies, you can achieve your personal best without fatigue!

It is important to understand and be aware of the purpose of each training exercise - what function each one is trying to improve (cardiopulmonary function, muscle strengthening, endurance, etc.) - and to perform them separately.

Specifically, what is the purpose of doing six 1000m land interval training sessions?

Is the goal to increase VO2Max or to improve lactic acid tolerance?

To achieve this, it is important to run according to a plan, considering things like how high to raise your heart rate, what time to set, and whether it is okay to make a final sprint.

Regular core training is also necessary!

You all have a life outside of sports. Running is probably not your first priority. You’re too busy to study scientific training methods. So what do you do?

Saint Hybrid Run Club has a team of coaches with extensive knowledge and experience. We provide advice tailored to each individual.

We will ask you about your physical condition, age, and lifestyle, and create the most efficient training schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Do strength training regularly!

Strength training is essential to improve running ability and prevent injuries.

Which muscles should you train and how should you train them to improve your running efficiency and prevent injuries?

In addition, this type of strength training will help you learn how to use your body, not just for running, and will definitely be useful for other sports.

If you don't know how to get started, we can provide you with a personal training session.

Improve your running economy!

Everyone has their own unique way of running. But is that running style really efficient?

For example, when it comes to swimming, if you swim as hard as you can using all your strength, you will often be faster than if you swim slowly, focusing on movements that create the least resistance.

The same thing happens with running. Even with the same strength and power, a slight change in form can often result in a surprising improvement in performance.

At Saint Hybrid Run Club, we analyze and correct athletes' form, and also provide strength training, stretching, treatments, and other instruction to improve their form.

Motivate yourself with group training!

Saint Hybrid Club

We hold group practice sessions once a week that incorporate strength training, drills, etc.

(Details on a separate page)

As expected, interval and pace running are difficult.

At times like those, seeing your friends working hard next to you gives you the motivation to work hard too!

Let's get through the hard training by raising our willpower together as a team!

Get advice from coaches with years of experience!

The Saint Hybrid Run Club coaches have studied sports science at universities and other institutions and are well-versed in efficient training methods.

In addition to his knowledge, he is also an active athlete and has had a lot of experience in competitions and races. He has experienced many injuries, failures and setbacks. Let him give you accurate advice based on his wealth of knowledge and experience!

Wear the best gear for performance!

Because we are Team Saint, we want to be particular.

Choosing the right gear is very important.

Running shoes that help you improve your form, running shoes that help you run faster, and clothing that suits the weather can sometimes be more effective than improving your performance through training.

For example, the use of compression clothing is known to enhance muscle support and promote recovery from fatigue.

This allows the players to train at a higher level.

Our coaches are up to date with the latest training techniques and scientific knowledge!

Why is it called "Hybrid"?

Orchids are the main attraction, but it's not just orchids!

Saint wants all athletes to be "hybrids."

★The benefits of being a hybrid

◇Runners

Running alone can help you get faster, but you'll eventually hit a plateau. By training all parts of your body, you can improve your personal best!

◇Hybrid athletes

Events such as HYROX, Spartan Race, Triathlon, and Modern Pentathlon are hybrid events.

◇Age group

By combining basic physical strength (endurance and stamina), core muscle strength, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, etc., you can become stronger overall and lead a high-quality daily life! Live a long and healthy life!

If you practice at our club, you will see overall positive changes.

[Positive change] means not only achieving your personal best, but also becoming healthier and more physically fit.

Hmm? My luggage feels lighter?

Huh? Aren't you tired during the day?

Saint Hybrid Run Club wants you to experience a positive change in your entire body. With that thought in mind, we decided to add the word "hybrid" to our name!
